Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping to Germany

For orders to Germany we charge a flat rate of 6,25 € (DHL) or 5,50 € (DPD) per parcel for shipping on orders with a value less than 89,00€.

For orders consisting of 2 shipments (a pre-order and immediately available products), we charge €12.50 (DHL) or €11.00 (DPD) up to an order value of €89.00.

For orders with a value over 89,00€, we deliver free of shipping costs.

Shipping within EU

We ship to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary

For orders to above countries we charge a flat rate of 13,50 € per parcel for shipping on orders with a value less than 150,00€.

For orders consisting of 2 shipments (a pre-order and immediately available products), we charge €27.00 up to an order value of €150.00.

For orders with a value over 150,00€, we deliver free of shipping costs.

Shipping outside EU

Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway:

For orders to above countries we charge a flat rate of 27,50 € per order for shipping (Fedex Express).

A combination of pre-order and immediately available products in one order is not possible for these countries.

Customs and other fees on deliveries to non-EU countries

Deliveries to non-European countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees, for which the recipient/customer is solely responsible.

Shipping times

• Germany: 1-3 business days
• EU: 2-7 business days (exact delivery time in the table below) 
• Great Britain, Switzerland: approx. 4 business days

The processing time for pre-orders will be shown to you during the ordering process and is usually 2-4 weeks.
